i dont think insurance is going to play nice either. i had alot of stuff in the truck and on it. i dont think i will see a dime of it. just the value of the truck.

Only if you lay down and let them do it to you! Check with your state insurance commission first to see where you really stand, and don't be in too big a hurry to settle with them. .

IF you have homeowners insurance, the personal items in the truck would be covered under that.

I agree 100%... When I totaled my chevy gasser in 03 I made my insurance pay for the wheels bumpers and all of the other suff I had on it... Thats what you pay insurance for... Dont settle for less...
