Competition P-pumped 24V in NW for sale?

Competition July 10th Drag Racing

A friend of mine is on the truck pull board for the Monroe county fair in Waterloo ILL. He asked me if I could find some Diesel pickups that would be interested to pull. This is real early notice but it is the last Monday in July which is the 26th. But to get a class there he needs to know if there is any interest in it. He said the pay out is pretty good but it depends on how many trucks show up. I'd believe that the pull would start some time in the evening but that is not for sure yet. Tell me if anyone would be interested or if you have any questions I will try to answer them. Thanks

Paul

I'd like to come up. but man, a monday nite would be tought to swing. maybe i can make it though. keep us posted on rules and other info. thanks, nick

Waterloo is right in my neck of the woods. They are pretty organized and have a good track. They have about 4 or 5 different classes with 1 diesel class. Last year about 15 diesels pulled. Nice county fairgrounds. I'll try and look up the date for this year. I used to work with the guy who runs the sled there.

Damn... Im in illinois but that is WAY south of me. . Id like to have my 3rd gen pull, im sure others would be interested in seeing that. Maybe i can ask my uncle for the day off. . We'll see

Don't worry I'll do the best I can. I'm sure of the date and I was tring to get an idea of who would be interested. Do you have a idea of the number of trucks that you think would attend and if possible some names?

Reminder

I just wanted to remind you all about the pull in waterloo. It is on the 26th and I think that they are going to run two classes I think one is a "in county" and the other is out of county. They don't have any particular rules but use your own judgement (Like no injection items and blocked springs). And weight classes are only if you have a Regular cab pickup then you are able to put 4 weights in your bed. That is basicly it. I belive that the pull starts at 6:00 or 6:30. Gassers run first of course. They are looking for a good show of diesels so let me know if anyone is interested.
