2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Truck pulls left & bump steer

Well, I got the truck back from an alignment shop yesterday. and they said that everything was within specs. Problem is that the truck pulls left(and has since I bought it). I did a couple of searches and most of the info I could find referred to 4x4's(mines a 2wd). I've rotated the tires, and am very diligent about my tire pressures. The steering feels fairly tight, and any input to the steering wheel immediately affects direction. But when I am going down the road, if I let go of the wheel, the steering wheel centers(if you can call it that) itself on about 11 o'clock and then stops and holds there(and of course the truck starts going to the left). Going down the dirt road to my house, if I let go of the wheel, it goes to the eleven o'clock position even quicker. If I hold the wheel at straight up noon, the truck goes straight down the road. I know this is probably something really simple, so hopefully someone here can flick the light switch on for me. By the way, this is a 2wd 3500 quad cab.

My 99 has always pulled to the right since new. Figured it was the crown in the road but it does it on flat ground. I've had it aligned many times and pressures have been dead on always. Nature of the beast I guess.

I'm not a front end alignment expert, but there's normally a difference in caster between the front wheels to produce a slight left pull - this is to counteract the crown on most roads. If there's too much difference, there could be too much pull. Sounds like a good alignment shop could "tinker" with this and get it running straight and true. Our 2002 3500 2WD does.
