Truck was running so smooth it would make you cry-pulled it in shop and installed ARP head studs-put everything back together, now running very rough and no power and about every 30 seconds to one minute hits like it's trying to fire out of time.Went back last night and rechecked valve lash and did visual everything seems ok.Also plugged and unplugged injector harness connectors and wiggled wires around hoping for a change, nothing.Did not remove pushrods when doing studs, felt like they were all in place on lower end before I installed rockers-could they be out of place down at the cam?Only other thing,I had to disconnect the apps box and and move over a little bit.I tryed doing reset on apps-nothing.Really needing some other input from others as I don't know where to go next.THANKS! 04.5 3500 smarty Jr. ATS compound turbos

Forgot to add check engine light is on with code 0314 cam sensor and trans code-I'm thinking these are because of the other problem. Is getting worse every time I start it now if I put it in drive it just dies. Not getting any replies so think I'm going to go grab A cam sensor and try that next.

Just started pulling one wire off each injector at a time-back three injectors appear to not be firing.Trying to figure out where to go next.

What is limp mode? I read a post that said limp mode turned off back three injectors! I don't want to be chasing wiring if the ECM has turned them off! Someone please HELP! THANKS

Found the problem!! Bigpapa pointed me in right direction.Short on #4 injector control wire right by the injector.Turns out a short on 1 injector shuts down the whole bank-#4,5,6.Don,t run so good on 3 injectors! Hopes this saves someone else time and frustration.
