I had my day in court...

Is there anyone in Oregon, Idaho and Washington, that can tell me what the law is regarding a pickup pulling a flat bed trailer, hauling say a tractor or something, do you have to stop. They usually say trucks over a certain amount of weight have to stop, says nothing about pickups. This is not for hire, strictly my own stuff. I know in California, since 0-11, some things have changed, regarding who has to stop at scales.

Unless you're commercial you don't have to stop, in fact they get a little POed if you do. I've found closed scales an excellent place to weigh your load though, the scale is always on, you just have to look though the window.
