The truck currently has 16000 on it, and only mods shown below with the EZ on the highest setting. It smokes quite a bit until boost comes up. I don't have a problem with it, what bothers me it I have never noticed before and I have had the ez for a couple months. I am guessing I was not paying enough attention before, but I just wanted to make sure.

It's normal. Even on the lowest setting it will smoke until the boost comes up. I'm surprised you haven't seen it sooner. I will say that it's not as noticeable in cold weather as it is now that the days are getting hotter.

Are you still using blended fuel there? I've noticed the winter fuel blend will smoke more when its warm out.

Hows your air filter?

Just a couple of ideas... .

No, I'm using regular #2, but I was forced to buy it at a different station instead of my normal one, and that is something I thought of this morning after I posted. I will check my air filter, although power doesnt seem to be affected at all.

I've got an EZ on an otherwise stock HO, and at the highest setting it smokes a LOT unless you have a very light foot on the go pedal till the boost comes up.

It's normal...

Although I did reduce the EZ to #2 setting which reduced smoke considerably, but seemingly NOT the power. Hafta be Politically Correct in this "emissions wary" town.
