Truck sometimes wants to kill when turning wheel very sharply

On several occasions, my truck has wanted to kill when turning the wheel sharply. I thought I remembered reading that someone else had encountered this problem and it turned out to be pinched wires or something in the dash/steering column? Any suggestions? Any TSB's out on this?

If it dies it may be electrical. if it acts like its trying to die your idle may be set to low sometimes just 50-75 rpm will do it. If it is trying to die while going around a corner and not at an idle it just might be a pinched wire.
