Archived Truck stuck in 4x4

Last night truck was fine, this AM started and drove like it was in four wheel drive. Tried to cycle switch and could hear the solenoid trying to lock and unlock but had no change in front axle being locked.

Any ideas?

Stuck in 4x4

It is a vacuum shift is it? Have you lost vacuum a leak ? Is your vacuum assist ( brakes not working? ) Ripped off a line to them? IF it has gas to it the gas maybe tooooo cold to warmup? MY 93 manual shift in 4 low could take backing up for 200 feet to get out of gear? If manual shift is your leaver still attached? Hope these help?

Sorry it's an 06 and turned out the rear end siezed up. No idea why fluids all looked good but was fixed under warrenty.
