Archived Truck stumble AND new juice/attiude?

Just put on the edge juice/attitude, and throwing P0201 CODE! Truck runs like SH**!!!!. Feel like its gonna shake itself apart! Any thoughts? For now I'll just unplug it and ride stock. How do I get the check engine light out that's now on? Less that 9,000 miles with a plug and play and the light's on, this sucks!
