Truck Totaled - Engine/transmission Value?

Hit a big deer. Looks like the insurance company is going to total the truck. Intend to buy it back, price unknown at this point. What would be the typical value of the engine/transmission/transfer case? 2003 HO, 6 speed. 314,000 miles, original clutch, injectors, injector pump, starter, and PS pump.

My sons 03 had 20k worth of accessories on it, about 110,000 on odometer, got t-boned on front end, was totaled, local yard paid ins company 4k

Sum of individual parts is much greater than the the price of the total truck. More than likely that salvage yard was close to getting the money back when they sold the engine and was money ahead after the transmission.
