Mike told me about this upcoming event when I called and talked to him on Wednesday.

The pulling tractor isn't ready, but Mike does plan to run his 95 CTD dually with the the new SBC twin disc clutch.

Once I get some more details on this event, I will post again.

We're also working on another dyno day at Mike's shop this fall.

Should be a great day.

I brought the digital camera home from work and will try take some photos. Hopefully, they will turnout and I can post some.

Dyno day is the 20th at Mike's Custom Trucks in Northwood, ND.

Lots of fun yesterday. The grandstand was pretty crowded, too.

This is farming country so always a good turn out in the antique pulls.

A great turn out in modified tractors, but only a handful of pro stock diesel.

Only 5 pickups in the 8,500 lb street legal.

A Duramax pulled first and led the field by a wide margin over a couple stock 24 valve Rams and a hopped up Ford gasser.

Well, Mike's lowly 12 valve made the most impressive run and took first place by 25'.

Running two skids (they're called skids, not sleds up here) really speeds up the action. One for the (farm) tractor classes and the other for the higher hp modified tractor and pickup classes.

I got some shots with the digital, but the download cable is at work so you'll have to wait a few days.
