Truck value?

Hey guys, I just looked at a '94 auto 2 door 2wd, with 159K miles. Body is very clean and no dents or dings. Good tires and it has a goose neck hinch in the bed. The transmisson was rebuilt about 1 month ago. They are asking $8,000. Is this a good price? I think I can see some possibilities.

I think thats reasonable if you look at the cost of a new one.

I would say that is a pretty good deal. I sold my 94 in November of last year for $9000 and thought I sold it too cheap. It is almost identical to what you described, down to the freshly rebuilt transmission. I wouldn't happen to be red would it

No it is dark blue on top and bottom with driftwood in the middle.

Wow. I'd get it for my daughter, except:

1. She doesn't need it.

2. She'd never forgive me. ("It's a TRUCK, Dad!")

and,

3. I'm in Arizona.
