Truck value?

Hey guys, I just looked at a '94 auto 2 door 2wd, with 159K miles. Body is very clean and no dents or dings. Good tires and it has a goose neck hinch in the bed. The transmisson was rebuilt about 1 month ago. They are asking $8,000. Is this a good price? I think I can see some possibilities.

Assuming that the truck is an Laramie SLT, the Avg. Black Book wholesale is $8050... ... ... . Rough is $6875 and add $1,000 for the Cummins.
