 Hey, anybody ever go to shut your truck off, take the key out of the ignition and have it keep running, for a few seconds then shut itself off?

This 95 2500 4X4 AUTO CTD has got me stumped. I checked the shutdown relay, looked ok. Checked ignition switch, seemed ok, power to guages and instrument cluster shuts down when key is turned to off. Starter is not engaged.

Any suggestions?

Have someone watch the fuel solenoid when you shut it down. It sounds like it is sticking a little before it closes. Try cleaning and lubeing the linkage.
