Alright, here is the situation I am in. I converted my truck from an auto to a manual two weeks ago and everything seemed to be working great with no problem. Then I went on a road trip when we stopped for a break, shut the truck off, waited 30 minutes, went to start the truck back up and take off when my truck was governed at 2000 rpm. I took both of the battery cables off for a minute and put them back on, unplugged my comp box completely, then the truck ran fine with no problems. So the same thing happened again and I am starting to become very concerned with this problem, the comp box is still unplugged since the trip. I do have fault codes but they relate to the auto transmission that is no longer there. Would the pcm or ecm cause this, or could there be some major malfuntion with it? Thanks for the advice, Andrew
