Truck won't start

Drove my 08 the day before yesterday ran great. Today I went to start it like normal, waited for the glow light to go out and turned the key to start and it had intermitent clicks and wouldn't turn over. The lights are bright, radio works and all the dash lights are normal. Any suggestions??? Thanks

Check the battery terminals.
Do the lights go out when you turn to start? If they do, the battery or worse, starter terminals are dirty.

terminal were ok, truck only has 22m on it. Put a battery charger on it for about an hour yesterday and it started no problem. Today it started no problem. Is there a way to re-set the check engine light related to low voltage? thanks

Have the batteries checked, I'll bet you have one with a bad cell.

I'm late to join this discussion. Missed it earlier.

I had a bad cell and bad battery already on my '08. Replaced both of them.

Never had a battery problem with previous Ram trucks until old age hit the '01.

Same thing happened to me about 3 months ago. Bad battery.

Thanks, I replaced both batteries and the problem seems to be fixed... .
