Truck won't start

I have a 2012 RAM 2500 HD crew cab diesel with 4300 miles on it. After several stops I got back in the pickup and it wouldn't start. When I turned the ignition on instead of the normal wait to start light I got strange indications like a picture of a fuel pump, a red battery or trailer brake warning. When I turned the key all the way to start - nothing. The starter wouldn't engage. I tried to jump start it thinking the battery was low but that didn't work. I then had it towed to the dealer and they had the same problem. They disconnected the batteries and waited 15 minutes, then reconnected them and still nothing. It won't start. Does anyone know what the problem is?
