Morning all, here is what's been happening. Tuesday got up started the truck around 0530 idle was a little ruff then smoothed out. I didn't have to work so I shut her down about 0600. Got called in about 0730 and went to start the truck idle was ruff again then died and would not start. I checked my in fuel filter and the fuel was gelled it was about -10F. The tank was 3/4 full no additive, didn't have any last time I filled up. That night put in PS 911 in the fuel filter and in the tank still wouldn't start. Wensday another bottle of 911 changed the factory fuel filter and put in more 911. Still no start, got the wife to turn her over and I started bleeding the injectors. Then she finally lit off. Idle was ruff and smoothed out. Drove around town to warm her up good and put in PS (white bottle) usually run the gray bottle. The wife drove her last night about 70 miles. I figuered the additive should be good and mixed. She got home about 2 am and it was about -4 outside. I went to start her this morning at 0600 and she started, idle was ruff then died again#@$%! I have a BD inline pump and still read 20psi when cranking. Oh and the heater won't warm up. Don't know if it is the weather or what. Any help? Please!

Also no more intanke pump. That thing was not the best fix. Go figure leave the fix to a dealer and you have to go back and fix it RIGHT your self!

Sounds like it is still a bit waxed up, you should have topped the tank off with some #1 fuel to get the blend thinned down and then drove it around, Fuel additives are not a substitute for some #1 after it gells up you need to get it mixed with some #1 and get it burned out.

Well I put 2 gallons of kerosene. in and put a jet blower heater under the truck to war the fuel lines going up the frame. primed the system and she fired up. I will let it idle for awhile and take her for a drive. We will see how it goes. Thanks for the replies. God bless you all.

I don't think you will find #1 at any normal station in Nevada!!! kerosene should work just don't use 2 much. Sometimes it will take more than one change of fuel filter to catch all the wax and get things going right again.

A post about guys having gelling problems in Idaho was saying #2 good to 0 degrees F any lower and start gelling. You need to keep using the white bottle of PS for winter in the tanks.
