Okay, I'm driving along the other nite, maybe -8*F.

Went a couple of miles and truck starts to run like crap. Gave it some pedaland it dies. Can't get it running. Neighbor drags it home. I think maybe the so called bio-diesel anti-gell didn't work.

Plug in the heater, put another heater on the pan. It wouldn't run yesterday. Dosed it with PS 9-11. Got the filter off today. Checked the screen on the heater/strainer. Neither one looked bad. Heater did not appear melted. New filter dosed with 9-11. No start. Bled the injectors. Finally got it going. Settled down to a smooth idle. After five minutes I gave it some throttle. It took a crap. Won't start again. Needed to take a break so I posted now. Going to go back out and see if the filter is getting fuel still and check the driver side boost lines and maybe crack the fuel lines at the pump.

Okay, how familiar does this sound? Anybody have this happen ?

Or anybody got this one figured?

Thanks.

Biofuel is the devil. Just my opinion.

Something serious going on here if a MFI pump will not stay running if it is getting fuel. The fact that it started again and then died indicates the timing did not slip.

I'd remove the feed line from the MFI pump and crank the engine to see if you are even getting fuel flow. Might have a booger somewhere between the tank pickup and the MFI pump that has it plugged in those temps, regardless of anti gel (designed for dinosaur fat, not chicken fat). If you are getting flow, check pressure.
