gREAT tRUCK

:) :) :) :) i LOVE MY TRUCK. 38xxx miles no problems , two recall items. I look forward to reasons to go some place. This is the best vehicle I have ever owned, well 1964 GTO was also fun to drive. It doesn't seem like three years since we bought the big girl.

1998. 5 black, sbox, no silencer ring, lots of chrome, all stock.

I Love Mine!!

I have put 38,000 miles on it and only a clockspring replacement when it was under warranty. My want list is bigger than my wallet.

This is the best truck I've owned:cool:

Happy as they get.

I love the truck (rolled over 99,000 at lunch today!). The only problems I have had was the ABS sensor on the rear axle (replaced under warranty with no hassle) and hard start due to air in the lines after the dealer changed the fuel filter one time. The air is gone and she fires the first time everytime like a Cummins is supposed to. Oh yeah, and original lift pump replaced at 84,000 miles with the "improved" Cummins pump (under warranty).

Runs like a dream. This is my second and it is all I want to drive. :D

Cummins is BOSS

Bought the Dodge strictly because of the Cummins Turbo Diesel. I used to work with an old Diesel Mechanic 30 years ago and he swore up and down by Cummins. Claimed it was the best Diesel out there. Plenty of power and great fuel mileage 21. 3 mpg on the road from a 7,000 truck, WOW. Hoping to drive alot of enjoyable miles in a great sounding truck, mostly used for commuting to work and trips to the Catskill mountains of New York. The Dodge takes those mountains and just flattens them right out!!!! No more gassers for me and I have had them all, small blocks, big blocks, DIESEL is the only way to go!!

Clessie, thanks for one hell of a great engine!!!!

Just went past 36k. had a few minor problems ie: reflashed for 3 4 shifting, bad front shock at 30k. just put on bilstiens. truck runs great. :) :) :) :) so make more room in the pen. soon to make some "improvements:rolleyes:

25,000 miles in 6 months. . and lovin it...

Replaced Clockspring under recall. .

Dang, Cat drug off the Muffler off on the way home from the dealership... :D :D

The want list is growing. . and growning. . growning...

Chalk me up to the "happy owner" :) catagory at about 20,000 mi. Last fall a tile fell off the peak of my 2nd story house and landed right on the hood of my truck. First  , Then:mad: . Real truck went off to the body shop and I was demoted bact to my '89 Toy-ota truck. I had separation anxiety after 10 minutes and it only got worse. My wife could'nt understand the "welcome home" sign I put up in my parking spot the day I picked my real truck back up. Since Oct of 2001, going to work has turned into another excuse to drive my truck. :p . Btw, The only problems I've had were some minor paint blemishes that were taken care of under warranty when I got the hood fixed.

must be a guy thing

sorry lady ram owners, most of us deal with a wife who doesn't understand the attraction of the ram.

davis, i understand. my OWMBO describes the goat as "big, stinky, and noisy" i :D and say "yeah, ain't it great!!!":D

This is my first truck and I love it. I would rather be driving my RAM than anything else on the road. Just rolled 35K and the truck runs better than when I picked it up at the dealers. I have never had a problem or been back to the dealer. I have about 4 -5 more mods I want to add to the engine and transmission. Cummins rules !!!!!!!!!!
