Thats an old one. At least 3 years. The sount track is from a motortrend editor who was simulating the sound of an F1 race.

I found this on The Diesel Stop years ago, I think this is the one I am thinking of. It should be the "When the Saints Go Marching In" programmed into an F1 engine. The trick is the RPMs matching harmonic notes.
