Don't sweat the pump. Go ahead with your plans. They are sound. You'll have what you want and if you still want more, then get another pump. There's nothing in your plans that will be wasted if you want to swap pumps later. Lots of us out here still have the 160 pumps and we're doing just fine. :D

I wouldn't call a #10 that aggressive, at least for the 1800hp engines and down. . It is a good towing plate. The half moon shape limits the fuel on the top end to help control the EGTs. Have mine full forward.

For the power you are looking for, check my sig. I put down 363/793 at IRP '06 with a dirty fuel filter and a PDR HX40 turbo.
 
If you give me the last 8 digit of the truck VIN I can tell you what the original ESN and CPL was. The Cummins p/n is on a tag on the rear of the pump. If you could look at the engine from the back looking forward you would see this tag. The one on the side on the pump will give the Bosch p/n. It's possible that the original engine was a "53" block and was replaced with an older one. Shadrach
