Competition Stanford July 3rd Results

Competition beat my 1st mustang

He's got a 96 ferd F150 with an electronic xfer case that won't go into 4WD or low range and may have been this way for years. When I push 4X, the light comes on and I hear the normal clunk in the xfer case but no 4WD. Just a soft clicking from the hubs when your going slow. When I hit "Low range" (vehicle stopped & in N or 1st) nothing happens - not even the little light comes on. Fuse is ok. Also, there's nothing to turn on the hubs and I'm wondering if the axle's always turning like on my third gen?

TIA

Scotty

Might be the actuater. I had a chevy that would say it is in 4wheel but wasnt and the actuater was bad. Changed it from electronic to vacume and all was good. Might be an idea.
