Thanks for the Vid David. Glad somebody got it! :) Truly a race to be remembered. And for those that missed it, myself included :( , one to be played over and over and over again while sniffing soot off my fingers. :-laf

Thanks to all who took pics, and video. Coverage after the fact has been great. Just a few more and I can almost convince myself I was there. :-laf Keep em comin!

BTW, you've got quite the collection of kickin vids on that site of yours. Keep it up. :D

David: Thanks for shooting, editing and hosting that video.

Most of all - thanks for killing the tunes as the trucks spooled up and got ready to head down the track. All too often people make music videos and that destroys the natural sound...

Matt

Thanks for posting the Vid David!

Sorry but the vid doesn't not do it justice, it was not a pretty run for either truck but man the sound was just too much. As I sit here thinking about it I get goose bumps. There are actually tow different things to listen for, Keating spooling up against the clutch and Greg spooling against a converter... ... if you want to call that 1. 2 second spoolup a stall time... ... . still amazes me at how quick it goes to 5K.

Jim

I look at the two like old school verses new school. Keating runs what you said and a clutch, heck he even ditched the water to air cooler for a high pressure water injection system. Greg uses new school, N2O, water/meth and a converter.

Greg needs several converters to test ( this was his first outing) and Keating needs a chassis guy... ... either of these trucks should be in the low 8's if not 7's..... just an opinion.
