Does anyone know who provides the TSB's to the dealer?



I went to my dealer to see if they could do the breather bottle TSB and it wasn't in their computer. They showed me the terminal and couldn't explain why it hasn't been loaded in their terminal. It is supposed to be a direct link to DC.



Basically I made them look stupid and they still can't answer my question.

I'm going in for a ECM reflash for a stumble and I'm TAKING A COPY of the TSB with me. I may even call ahead to make sure they have the parts.



SHOP AROUND for a better dealer if you can.

My dealer had same problem. I simply copied the TSB for them and they performed it for me. They simply had to make a phone call to confirm what I had given them.

after figuring out what it entails, I think I will do something myself.



I don't know if I want them tearing my truck apart. I think I can do something better.
