Tsb 14-07-97

In reading an article titled TST=More Power there was a statement made on page 10 of 11. That statement was "TSB 14-07-97 details what and where to look for to detect any tampering with Cummins fuel injection pumps that they inspect, service, or replace in the field. You have been warned!TSB runs some 8 pages with drawings and such... ... " I looked in the TSB section of this site and there is no such TSB listed. Does any one know where a copy of that is or if it even excists?
