Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Well,
I was having trouble starting my truck, and didn't here the lift pump priming everytime I would go to start the truck, only intermittently.
My first thought was "Lift Pump", so I removed my edge box, and boost fitting, and I limped it to the dealer.
To my surprise I got a phone call the next day @ noon from the dealer, they said my truck was fixed. So I got my buddie Earl (CTD Owner) to drive me to the dealer. And to my surprise it was really fixed the first time, and no more problems since.
But before we left the dealership we asked the Mechanic that worked on my truck a few questions, when out of the blue, he said "you guy's should see one of these trucks smoke the tires" of course we looked at him and said, Right, Whatever!!.
He then said you guy's outta get that banks kit!, of course we said in concert, "What about the warranty?", he then went and got a banks flyer that he kept in his office, and showed it to us, he had highlighted the part about the federal law, and told us he has installed 6 or 7 of these kits for customers, and that banks stuff will not void the warranty.
Needless to say my buddie and I were a little shocked, and had quite a laugh when we got outside. We are going to take a copy from the Edge website by and ask him what he thinks about Edge. Hopefully we can get him onboard, if not no biggie. At least I am not as worried about my warranty being voided by this dealership as much, and the mechanic we talked too is the only one there that works on Cummins Trucks. We need more like him out there.
