TSB 23-08-99 Creak in dash.

Has anyone had this done to their truck? I have had a creak in the drivers side under the dash for a while now. I have tried everything to fix it and cannot find it. If others have had it what did it sound like? After the dealer performed the TSB was it fixed or did other creaks start after they took apart the dash.

Not sure what the TSB refers to, but after I had the safety recall for blower motor on high fixed, I had a h*** of a squeak coming from drivers side under the dash. They put in additional wiring harness and it was rubbing against the rigid foam on lower dash panel. I removed panel, and secured the additional wiring with a couple of wire ties. Faster than going back to dealer and complaining about squeaks after they worked on a 5+ year old truck.
