TSB-24-004-03 Defrost/door inoperative

Has anyone had this TSB done to there truck yet. I have noticed the last couple of day's that the air flow coming from the floor vent is not as strong as before an seems to be more air coming out the defrost vents. This is with control knob on floor setting.

Got mine done a couple of weeks ago. Some of the replacement parts arrived broken, so it took an extra day to get it back. Good fix

I got mine done too. I took it in for the alternator bracket TSB and the clutch TSB. I just mentioned the defrost TSB, thinking I'd have to bring it back later. But they fixed all of them at once.

Sounds like good news then. I can call an make arrangements for them to have parts on hand. Then just drop off before work an pickup that afternoon. I also need to get the TSB done on the aftermarket tint getting scratched, I've noticed the drivers side getting more scratches or streaks all the time. Thanks for the replies.

Does anyone know if they will repair a TSB for free after the warrantee runs out?

TSB is not a warrenty issue. It's just bulliten that shows how to fix a problem.

So, in other words, once the warrantee runs out, the TSB means nothing to the customer? A recall would fix it for free, but a TSB will not?

Blakers this seems to be the way I'm interpreting it. That 3 years or 36K will creep up quick if you don't watch out.

Has anybody had a return trip due to the A/C door problem? My dealer had our truck for a week, it only took a couple hours of driving for it to break again! This A/C problem is becoming a real pain.
