Has anyone had a problem with performance mods and this TSB? Also does this conflict with the MOSS Act? Just curious.

I am my own warranty and repair station

I'm not trying to kid my dealer, and my dealer knows what I've done and we knew what they're weren't covering. Besides, I'm way out of basic 36k warranty now anyway and I don't want those guys working on my engine now anyway.



However I find this interesting in the TSB:

Unless certified, engine performance modification components violate both statements under the warranty terms.

My Powermax 3 is C. A. R. B. certified, and I wonder how that flies with DC concerning pierced injection pump wires.



My advice: if you care about your trucks warranty or can't afford the consequences, then don't modify it.
