tsb for auto/11.5" gear whine

in the new TDR mag on page 79 is a TSB 03-004-04 that is a fix for rear axle whine for auto equiped trucks only. Does anyone know why it doesn't include my 6 speed equiped truck that whines bad at 65 mph and fluid is warmed up. ???... ... ... . JIM
