All those recalls are on pages 52 and 53 of the TDR buyers guide. If you don't have that let me know,i'll give you more info. The recalls are on certian trucks in our year, mine was built in sept. and the only recall was the clock spring. It only took then 10 min. to replace it, has something to do with the air bags.

P. S. If you have time post your signature so we knowwhat your driving.

clock spring

the clock spring is the doohicky that keeps your digital clock running:D :p LOL. sorry, just couldn't resist that one.

Clockspring

It is a circular donut shaped part that sits in the steering wheel hub and contains fine wiring for the airbag circuit and other electronics- it is called the clockspring because the conductor is wound light gauge metal- if one of the wires breaks or shorts out the squib that fires the airbag will not get the message- DC is being checked out by NHTSA for several complaints of driver airbags not firing in collisions and other malfunctions mostly in the minivans- it is not clear if there will be a full blown recall but there has been a limited recall of some cars and Ram pickups for this problem- in many cases the air bag warning light will not cycle off and this is a warning- check the NHTSA website for more info
