I have searched with all kids of wording, but to no avail. Is there a TSB for the rear fuel filter heater to be turned on at the factory or by the dealer for the 2013's. I have a friend that has a '13 and I was telling him about the different threads about wheter it is or not activated.

TSB 14-005-13. It appears they removed the Star case that was the same as the TSB.
