On my 2007 5. 9 turbo diesel w/auto trans and anti-slip rear axle when leaving a stop making a turn the rear axle feels like a locked differental. Dealer says its normal and will change or cease to do this but has not so far. Anyone familar with this?

Did you just change fluid in the differentials?? It sounds to me like you need to add some differential additive. Lucas and AMSOIL makes some and I'm sure a host of others do also. You can purchase some at most any auto parts store. The stuff stinks to high heaven, but it should fix you up... . it is super, super slick. Your dealer should carry it also. Maybe check with them to see what brand and how much they recommend... especially if your truck is still under warranty. What ever size bottle of additive you buy,(8, 10, 12 etc ounce) be sure and pull that much fluid out of the differential before hand, to make room for the new additive.

When you say "feels like a locked differential" what do you mean? Is it dragging the outside tire around corners?
