Archived tst 3000 gsk

I am in the middle of installing a TST 3000 GSK in my 95 Ram. I removed the retaining nut and found three springs. Small, medium and large. I know to leave the largest outer spring in place and replace the inner springs. I only saw one small and one medium spring. The TST kit came with two medium and two small replacement springs. Am I missing something or did TST just send extra springs. Are there two springs or four springs that are replaced.

There are two sets of springs that you have to replace. Rotate the motor so that the governor spins 180 degrees and you'll see the second set of springs.

I feel stupid now. Thanks for the help guys. Kit installed. I'll finish the AFC spring in the morning.
