Couple of things the instructions don't tell you. There are two ground wires one from the harness that goes to the MAP sensor/ injectors and the other one that goes to the cam and crankshaft position sensor. DON'T use the ground wire on the cam/crankshaft wiring harness. It will cause the check engine light to come on ( codes PO341) and is not needed.
One interesting fact that is not in the instructions for you guys that buy the full gauge (egt) version when you cycle thru the screens the 4th one (before you get back to the power level, egt screen) shows the current temp of the computer box. It says bt and the hottest I could get mine was 105 today.
The best mounting location I could find that I could see real easy was on the steering column right in front of the speedo/tach centered. It did not block the other instruments and when I scanned the instruments its right there.
I also used diffferent power sources than the instructions said because I did not want to "share" fuses. There are plenty of extra places in the fuses panel to get power from. Check the right side plugin slots in the unused relays. Just plug in a fuse and use these.
