I know this has been asked several times, but I was just wondering if anyone has any dyno #'s. I have the TST on my 2005. I haven't tried the Hot edge on a 325 yet. I don't really like the TST on this truck. I loved it on my 03 with the EZ. But I'm getting codes all the time and lower end power just seems really low on this truck with the TST. I know the BDDL will pick it up on bottom, but I'm just wondering if the Hot Edge is a little better on the 325 trucks. I had the Crazy Larry on this truck before I put the TST on and it felt like a whole different truck. It had tons of bottom end. I sold it to a friend of mine and now his truck will smoke mine. The clutch wouldn't hold the power of the crazy larry, but I can't even slip my clutch with this TST. It runs decent on 4/4. Anything over that and it just gets slower, which is understandable since I still have the stock charger. By the way, I do have the newest Twins version.

What turbo are you running? Stock?

I tried both. I had HOT Juice/Attitude and EZ stacked after the II SPS66/FASS upgrade. That was the best overall performance stack on my truck. The power was smooth, consistent. EGTs well under control and never a code. Dyno'd 480rwhp and ran consistent 13. 8s 1/4.

Wanting to go faster, I bought a BD Triple Dog w/Crazy Larry and TST PowerMaxCR w/twins program.

I ran the HOT Juice/Attitude and BDDL for a week or so before the TST arrived. Crazy Larry and HOT Juice Level 3 was drivable with maybe a little more get up and go. Anything higher on Juice was hot and smokey only. I tried all of the combinations of BDDL programs and Juice settings. Probably none faster or more power than Juice Level 3 and Crazy Larry, but the others were better behaved. Without the EZ I still felt like the very bottom end was lacking.

I removed the HOT Juice and replaced with the TST when it arrived. I reinstalled the EZ and the BDDL. With Crazy Larry program I could not run the TST higher that 3/4 and EZ on 2 without throwing codes and getting way too HOT.

I dyno'd 522/930 with TST 7/7, EZ Level 2 and BDDL Performance program. That combo ran 13. 27s 1/4. I have since removed the BDDL programming and do not plan to use it anymore. Pretty sure I popped the rail pressure relief valve with the triple stack. And it was easy to tell the CP3 was an issue about mid way through 3rd gear at the track.

If I can ever afford it I will make additional power with studs, twins, injectors and modded CP3.

That is my experience with the different mods you ask about.

I put down 486hp with the TST/EZ stack with Dynamite injectors, head studs, FASS, southbend clutch, and Bell Turbo. EZ on 2 and the TST on 4/4. One of my friends run my Crazy Larry program with the Edge Juice, Dynamite injectors, stock turbo, and stock clutch and did 496hp with slipping clutch. After we finished I put the Crazy Larry in my truck and could really tell a big difference. I wanted to Dyno again but did not have time. We have 05's with 6 speeds.

Great replies guys. I really appreciate it. So I guess it comes down to just which one I like better, huh? Looks like they both make about the same power. I have always loved Edges stuff(drag comp's) on the 2nd gens. And TST's stuff on the 2nd gens, I didn't care for much. But with these new trucks, I really liked the TST until this on on my 2005. I definately want big power, but I need to keep it smooth and no problems like codes and stuff like that since we travel a lot in it on weekends and pull about 13k lbs to the rodeos. So I guess I'll just order me a hot juice and try it with the bddl cl. Yes, tomeygun, I am running the stock turbo right now(sucks). But I'll be ordering an HTT 66 pretty soon. Unless one of you guys wants to sell me a nice set of twins for about $2000! :-laf I wish. I had twins on my 2001 and loved them. But I definately don't wanna do my 2005. I don't wanna pull the head for rings. May stud it though.

FWIW I know a half dozen guys running twins on third gens between 55 and 70 pounds boost with studs only. Never even had their heads off.

Todd, 486 TST/EZ? I dynoed 496 with the TST twin flash alone on my 03.

With my current mods, stock head bolts and valve cover really never been off. My II SPS66 turbo wastegate is at 55psi and I can keep it open most of the 1/4 mile. I need to dyno again with TST and EZ and see exactly where I start loosing hp/torque on the higher settings. I think I dyno'd 502rwhp with TST 7/7 and EZ level 3, but maybe I was already set too high on the TST torque number. I started there and went up, never really thought about going down. I have seen others post higher hp numbers with lower settings and similar mods.
