Muffler Install - Position?

Awesome Prices for Wix Filters at FleetFilter.com!

I bought a used TST PM3 for my truck but am having issues getting it installed, I seem to have the green fuel light staying on bright when I key it on? Also the remote never lights up at all. One other thing is that the red power light is dim. I am using the ground the instructions called for (also tried battery) power is the same as the comp box was. Any ideas??? Thanks.

I already tried calling TST, the guy I spoke with was not very helpfull at all. I was hoping mabee somebody has had similar problems that may be able to assist. Just hoping I didnt get burned on a used part.

I know the green light should not be on. I think you miss wired it. Do you have directions. You can download them from the TST website. If you call back ask for Scott or Mark. The people at TST are some of the best I have ever met. Must have been an off day. PM me if you need help. Its should not be that hard.

I figured it wasnt that hard, one thing that I did find was that if I held the power and ground to a battery the power light was brighter. As far as the green fuel light goes that has me stumped. I had the TST hooked up to power, ground, pump and thats it. It still had the green light on  Any ideas? The hookup seems super easy.

Thanks for the link but I already have read them and also called TST, I understand that the green light on all the time is bad, that would imply that the TST box is adding extra fuel through the pump wire. What threw me for a loop is that it is doing this without the MAP sensor plugged in. To me that would mean that somehow the TST box is seeing a high boost number and going full fuel even though the MAP sensor isnt hooked up. Must have an internal circuit problem which would mean that I may have been burned by a TDR member on the classifieds

Did I read it correctly that you do not have the map sensor hooked up. If not that is likely your problem. I would hook the MAP sensor up.
