I'm under the understanding that the owner of TST is a retired Cummins engineer, Mark Chapple... correct? I was told he was one of the most influential minds in the beginning of the Dodge/Cummins partnership.

If so, why would anyone buy anything other than TST?

Enough said. If the whole Dodge/Cummins theory is correct about Mark, then he is one of our Cummins Gods. All Hail Mark!! without him we would probably be driving, uh nevermind don't want to say it.

yes Mark is a retired engineer with Cummins. I think he was a turbo engineer or something. I am not certain on how much bearing he had on the dodge/cummins partnership. He has told me about his background with Cummins, but never mentioned the cummins/dodge partnership.

I ordered mine through Tomeygun, and am very satisfied with that transaction. Everything agreed to was processed and arrived in a very timely manner, and the guy's friendly to boot. Plus I always prefer buying from a fellow enthusiast if the opportunity presents itself, so that's who I'd recommend.

Just wanted to mention I got mine installed (after a little tap breakage issue on the temperature probe install) and this thing feels like a rocket sled. Well maybe not quite that good, but 1000% improved from stock, and I was just running on 3/3. So far I have learned it'll stay right with a newer mustang with flames on the hood, a spoiler and a fartcan looking muffler until one decides to back down. Granted I think he'd have had me on top end but I wasn't willing to run that fast. This is in a 55-75 run at any rate.

Try running 5 hp/3tq, a higher hp number and lower tq number seems to keep the egts down and run like a bat out of hell on the top end. The TST makes the cummins come alive most definatly. I haven't gone over 5/5 yet. Play around with the settings so you can find which one suits you the best. I have been running around unloaded on 4/2.

5hp, 3trq is my daily driver set, I agree helps some with egt vs 4hp,4tq. Just for hoots and giggles I tried 9,9 last night bad idea egt hit 1728 before I even hit 3rd gear needless to say I came out of it right away. I honestly wonder if even a big set of twins could use that much duration safely. 6hp,6tq is about the highest setting that I find useful for my truck.

Wow, the highest egt I hit drag racing was 1598 on 5/5. I just ordered a fuel pressure guage, because I can get mine to burp here and there. I can't wait to see how the lp is doin. What is the highest boost you get out of it. I can get up to 37 but wastegate opens and it drops to 30. I did the wastegate mod like TST recomends. I am really considering adding an edge ez and running it on level one to help out a bit after I get the fass though.
