Go for the TST. No "Hot" juice available yet for the 305/555 motors.

TST is awesome with the BDDL from what I hear.

I have two trucks in my driveway, one with Juice and the TST. The Juice is in an 05 auto, the power right off idle is more than the tst and its VERY smooth as well, plus the attitude with all its features is hard to beat. I havent tried the Hot version yet. The TST can make some good power once it comes on, If I need more off the bottom I just turn up the EZ for some pressure. But its very good as well. I think a tough combo to beat is a Hot juice with some pressure. Either way I dont think you will go wrong.

I have not tried the TST yet, I currently have HOT Juice/Attitude and an EZ stacked. It is a very good stack for me. With new SPS 66 turbo I ran 13. 8s all night Friday. I will get dyno asap. After that I will be trying Bully Dog Triple "Crazy Larry" and see how that compares. Then I will if I can come up with some kind of stack.

I am Beta testing the 555 Hot Juice. See my signature for results as of last weekend at Diesel Thunder in Spokane. I could not be more pleased with the Hot 555 Juice! Oo.

If the edge Hot Juice would have been available it probably would have been my choice, as I already had an EZ. I purchased a TST PMCR and stacked it with my EZ, am very happy with it. Last weekend @ Diesel Thunder with the TST on 6/6 and the EZ on 2, I put down 440hp / 860tq. :)

Stock 48re and turbo so was not able to summon up the courage to try any higher settings. After speaking with several of the "veterans" at the Dyno meet I believe a scheduled trip to DTT is in the works.

wow the edge is more powerful? here I thought all the 3 gen guys making the most power had the tst. swap them boxes between the trucks ,I but the tst is better on the auto than the edge.

Blacksdieselhp - I'm currently running a Hot juice / EZ stack, and could not be happier. I have no experience the the TST, but was considering one when I made the EDGE purchase(s). The difference for me was the built in safety "backdowns" built into the Juice. I simply don't have the right foot restraint to keep myself & my truck out of trouble. The Juice has turbo, egt, and trans slip backdown's that can be preset, so that the box will de-fuel when a given parameter is met (ie. EGT > 1350, boost > 40,... ). The exact accuracy of the gauges has recently be called into question, but regardless, it's does provide some level of protection. In addition, the Hot Juice is very smooth with its fuel (power) delievery, I have never had an issue with codes, and I haven't experience any surging on cruise control (not to imply that the TST has these issues).

I'm sure you would be happy with either fueling box. For me (the non-drag strip racer, that just likes to experience the "fuller" potential of the mighty cummins from time to time, make the truck much for drivable and fun to drive, fill up an intersection with black smoke at will, and surpise some punks in their decked out honda's / acura's) the Edge Hot juice is the perfect choice.

IMHO,

- Jason

Ghost Rider has a DTT transmission and a B1-2-04 turbo, could be worth 50hp?

Not to sure what the DTT would do for HP, but the B1-2-04 is probably good for 30 HP over the stock turbo.

quick question... for those of you with the edge hot juice how does that effect the reliablity of your engine? Is it still pretty safe? i am looking into getting on and maybe stacking it with my quad if i can or with the EZ but will i still get a cpl hundred thousand miles out of it?

Would an aftermarket turbo add more hp down in the rpm range than peak hp?

If you went with a turbo that supplied more CFM you will get the extra HP at the higher RPM's, if you have the fuel.

The answer to your question is kind of a given, in other words, you drive with the Juice on 5x5 with your foot to the floor all the time, it may be questionable. On the other hand, if you drive it normally on 2x3 to 3x5 and drive normally, I can't see it hurting your reliability.

Self control and your right foot are the big factors. :-laf

Big Bob, your hot juice sounds good. Do you know when edge will be releasing it to the public? I would be willing to ditch my other boxes to get 500 HP with one. Also how are the egt's with the hot juice and your setup?

It already available, you can also get 500 with the TST and EZ. Should be able to find either used.

I will run just over 1500* WOT at 100+ mph. Only stay at those temps for a few seconds, then shut it down.
