TST or Smarty for more fuel?

My numbers at dyno day were pathetic (319hp 626tq) with the mods in my sig. I am definately NOT getting enough fuel with the Quad 100hp box. I need more fuel and would like to stack a TST w/ Smarty eventually, but I'll only be able to afford one of the two anytime soon. So, which should I get first, the Powermax or the Smarty? I'm tempted to go with the TST because I can control it with my Commander, but I've heard the TST is an high EGT box and I tow a good bit. Are there any good towing settings on the TST?

For the $$ and use the smarty would be a good investment. The TST is excellent also but is more $$.



Unfortunately, your SO is hampered by the injectors and they are even more expensive.

Have now moved to North Carolina as been spending most of my time working on the east coast. Gonna miss the local group and the Dyno days but thats life.

Do the Smarty first and then if u want get the TST, just remember that with the TST and the Smarty(revo,tnt) there are lots of settings to choose from so just be careful and remember what each one is on! I try to write the settings down in a note book that way i know witch ones work.

And also just keep your HP/TQ settings on the TST down low.

Now another option is the TS MP8, its agreat stack with the Smarty and is very easy to use, alot easier than the TST.



I did 488hp and 966tq with the Smarty/TST stack(stock turbo,stock sticks,stock CP3), with the Smarty alone it did 476 then turned the TST to 2/0 on the standard program and got the 488hp. I know there is more in this stack but only had two days to tune with the TNT software when i dynoed, but ive been playing around with different settingsand the truck feels stronger!

smarty all the way!!!! you wont be disappointed. my buddy bought a used 05 common rail(stock) put the smarty on and made 500 to the wheels. nothing else done to it.....
