Gauges and KDP are here. Now for a couple of questions

I just ordered my gauges (EGT, boost and transmission) along with their KDP kit and a 3 gauge A-pillar w/tweeter. Can't wait for it to arrive. Then its kill the dowel pin, install the gauges and start saving money for either a Scotty II air system or TST's power kit. After that will come a 4" straight pipe and the front & rear buckstop bumper w/fog lights.

Can we say BOMB's away!!!!!!

Well lookie lookie. I got my order. Boy was that fast and they did not even tell me it was on its way. Now I get to have some fun.

Question should I go with the Cummins Gasket or use the tube of gasket maker? I am strongly leaning toward getting the gasket material from Cummins and a belt also (might as well change that out too).

For the gauges I got an A-pillar but it is black in color not the grey. I am going to stop by the Dodge dealership and see if they have any paint. If not then I will stop by a couple of auto repair places and see if they have any. Has anyone ever tried the automotive spray paint from say Walmart or Napa? How closely matched is it?

Thanks

Dawna

I used the Cummins gasket and RTV. That gasket is prone to leaking and I don't like taking chances.

The pillar is paintable. I bought a can of stove paint (of all things  ) at the local store and painted mine. It was the only color they had that matched. It looked great and several people asked if it was factory.
