SLang,
The stiffer gov springs are in there. I don't rev high, maybe 3200 max.
Don't know, never dynoed. According to TST, the 96 & 97 pumps are the most sensitive to plate movement. According to Mark, you can expect 40 to 60hp from sliding the plate all the way forward. We've seen 60hp here on the TDR. I've got the #8 plate, which is around 340hp centered. It's 3/4 of the way forward, 380 is my guess, if the fuel can be delivered.
I don't know what you get from the injectors & HX40-16. Low 400's I'd guess. Next step is the TST #4. 8 plate. Mark said it was designed for gov spring setups. It's cut way back past the vertical, even more than the #8 & lots more than the #10. Should be fun! May have to tweak the stock AFC spring a little.
The clutch is fine, no problems or complaints. It's holding up fine. I don't let it out fast or slip it, except for backing up the 5'er.
The torque I put to it is only when fully engaged & all is
.
