I got one code from my 606. Supposedly it is fixed and I could send mine back to be reprogrammed. However I think I will leave it alone for now. That code doesn't begin to bother me in the least. The box is flat out awesome.
I have an old box and still have one code. It never shows up until I cycle the key 3 times. No flashing lights, no dingers, nothing. I'll have them flash the new program in it when I'm back there in June. Like Imills said, "flat out awesome".
I just got one and it is showing p606 and p480 w/o MIL, what are they and are they an issue? Supposedly it is the latest edition so why is the code there?
0606 I believe is a crank position sensor. It was a problem they had with electrical noise (or a lack thereof) from the sensor. I used to have it but since getting my box flashed I'm code free for over a month now.
Well, the code I mentioned above is no longer around. I took the box off for a couple days and took the truck to autozone where they erased the code. Since then I have had the box reinstalled and have no codes.
