Alright, have had the TST for over a year and love it to death. A couple months after I first installed it, it went to setting 4/9 from setting 4/4 on it's own while parked. Basically I drove to a place in 4/4, shut the truck off, came out an hour later, got in, and saw the massive amount of smoke and checked and it was on 4/9. Set it back to 4/4 and no problems and it never did it again.
Now, when I'm on long trips I run it at 3/3 towing. After a few hours of driving, when I stop and shut the truck off at say a truck stop and jump right back in 10-20 minutes later the settings are still on 3/3 but the truck acts like it's on 9/9. Alot of smoke, EGT's go through the roof with the lightest touch of the pedal, boost hits 32 (where the elbow is set) in nothing flat, etc. I turn the TST to 0/0 and then back to 3/3 and all is well. It did this almost every stop during 2000 miles of towing.
I'm asuming I just need to send it in to get fixed? Is this a known issue or not? I know when I origionally posted about it going to 4/9 on it's own that people said that was common but never heard of the new problem. Thanks!
