I can not get my cool down timer to work. I have the cool down degress at 300 and the cool down timer at 4 minutes. When I turn the truck off it does not stay running. When I push the gray button once the first screen shows the C in the bottom right corner, the time is . 0, and the temp. is showing the actual temp the truck is running not the 300 I have it set at.

I have the exact same problem. . I sent mine back to TST, the box checked fine and they gave me a new harness... I still somehow think I am doing something wrong. .

Mine works fine. When you set the temp and time, if either one is achieved, the truck will shut off. If your truck is already at or less than 300 deg then it will shut off immediately. Try changing the temp to a lower setting, or set it to 'off' and then try it again.

Had mine since the first week they were available. Has worked perfect. I use it all the time.

Mine's been working A-OK... . I did lower my temp from the default 300 to 270 as I found that 300 was usually already reached by the time I came to a stop, set the p-brake, unbuckled my seatbelt, pushed the gray button and turned the ignition key! )

I was not pushing the gray button before I turned the ignition off. They didn't put enough pictures in the manual. :-laf

Well I was gonna mention that, but thought maybe I was the only one that did not read the instructions completely.
