Have they got the tst for the 2003 straightened out? And what is the best stack with no codes. I know this is the place to ask because so many people run them. How do they adjust on the fly i have out grown my other electronic and i am moving up. I hope!

Been running a TST for about a year and a half. It truly is one of the best products for building HP. As for adjusting on the fly, you have a remote that mounts in the truck to make the adjustments while driving if needed.

Mine still sets a few codes. I just never bother worrying about it. A lot of them will still do it.

I run the TST/EZ stack. I get the crankshaft sensor code every once in a while, mainly at cooler ambient temps.

I have been running the TST since they came out and the only codes I get anymore is if I put my foot into it before the motor is at full running temp

I've got a little over 80,000 miles on mine. Awesome!!! I have set a few codes (crank position) but even stock trucks will set a code once in a while. I don't go over 5/5 much, don't need to, very driveable, good economy, more power than needed. (Did I just say that? :-laf ) I think it is the most bang for the buck out there.

I've got 5k miles on my TST Early Twins, MP-8, BDDL stack and my truck runs great. Kind of like scalded dog. I have yet to see a code, but I don't beat on my truck by running it hard when cold. Only open it up after I've reached full operating temps.

Thanks everyone for your responses. I hear great things about the tst. I don't like the code deals i have had some bad luck with electronics lately. But most people state most of them have been taken care of.

Ive logged about 3,000 mi on my TST and have yet to set any codes. Its seems as long as you can keep your foot off the floor until you get to operating temp. Setting codes is a rare happening.

I've never gotten a TST related code from my '05. Slightly different engine software but the TST software should be the same for all 3rd generations. I've been under the impression from some of the older threads that changing location of the ground for the unit could clear up mystery codes.

TST is GREAT! Ajustibility easy and quick. The only code I have ever produced was the "crankshaft position sensor" and it will go away. I do not run it higher than 3 - 3 EZ on 2 for normal driving. I do have a date with DTT on March 28th Oo. Then the TST should have a whole new Life.

I just finished my dtt in the garage today hope to get it in this week if i can get some free time from work. Like that will happen but next weekend is being left open just in case. Twins ported head wont this be fun! :-laf

Tst

I have run one for 5 yrs now the only problem is with the higher settings they work fine but you must watch exhaust temp climbs very quick other wise they are great i have tried others.

The TST on my early '04 has never set a code, works great! By the way... Industrial Injection is a great place to get it from.

I've run a TST for over 2 years with very few codes. Very useful extra power up to 5-5 when going to setting 6 and up EGT build very fast; you can't stand on it without reaching EGT limit. I need some turbo upgrades!!

I put the TST on mine when it had 210mi. on it. I've got 9500mi. on it now and no codes. I have friends with every other box on the market and the TST seems to be the most trouble free and has the best performance.

Don't want to highjack the thread but since we are already talking about it I thought I would ask. Is any one out there running it on the 06? If so is it the same story as the previous post?

haha, I know of a Guy that is running it on his 2006 Mega cab...

That would be Mark Chapple the owner of TST products. That 06 truck had a PMCR on it before it was cooled down from driving home from the dealer. No kidding... .

I would call him ;)
