At what intervals and what do you do for a tune up?

Engine oil - 10k w/ 5k oil analysis

fuel filter- 15k

air filter- clean/inspect - 5k

drivetrain, axles,transmission,t-case - annually

tire rotation - 5k

adjust valves -100K

also there is an engine "barring" tool available for turning the engine over if you don't want to do the socket extension route.
