Well, turbo and exhaust manifold replacement is pretty much just a R&R. I do them separately, manifold then turbo. Might want to go with the three piece mainfold and drill it for the thermocouple while it is on the bench. Some folks have had trouble lining the three piece properly, but it is not that much of a deal.
Injectors are a bit more work. Remove the intake horn for access. Remove the lines three at a time, keeping 1,2,3 together, and same for the others. Unbolt the returns and lay to the side. With the hold down nuts removed, I spray PB blaster around the bodies, then use a nut and spacer on the injectors to jack them out. Clean bores and reverse procedure for install. Leave nuts loose in injectors for bleading.
