Hello folks, I got away from this forum for a few years and now I'm back. I bought my 1992 LE 5 speed W250 back in 2007, had 149,000 on it when I got it. After many years and now 300,000 miles I had my injector pump rebuilt by Dixie Diesel in Columbia, TN. I've added a BD diesel 3200 rpm governor spring and a fuel pin. I had already turned my fuel screw a little and added 1.5 mm pump timing, I did these right after I got the ole truck. I'm adding a ATS exhaust manifold and a MBRP 4" exhaust as I'm finally tired of fighting EGT's. I've always drove by the ISSPRO pyro gauge I put in it right after getting it. I'm sure my "POP" pressure on my injectors is tired so to speak and I was looking at 2 things that I need input on. 1. DD1 (Dynamite Diesel) stage 1 injectors, I tow a lot and don't wont to kill my fuel mileage, anyone have experience with these particular injectors? 2. PDR HX35 turbo, my turbo has pretty good fore and aft movement in the shaft, time to replace. Again anyone have experience with this turbo? Consider the few upgrades that I have done, I'm not wanting a race truck, just something to pull a trailer with well. I'm also having to have new bearings and syncros installed in the "jetrag" so its also getting a Southbend clutch as I'm replacing the original. Thanks to all who respond.
